Please rest assured that North Hills Veterinary Clinic is monitoring the situation closely and we will continue to consult and seek input from external experts to provide the best guidance and advice for you. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.
At this time, North Hills Veterinary Clinic remains open to try and meet your and your pets’ essential health needs. We appreciate your patience as our phone call volume remains high at this time. Any routine care for healthy pets that are currently "due" should be postponed to minimize risk to both clients and clinic staff. We are trying to provide excellent care for pets that are ill or have life threatening conditions.
We strive to maintain a clean, disinfected environment. We encourage frequent hand washing and limiting personal contact as much as possible at this time. For us to limit the spread of COVID 19, we ask that the following ideals be followed.
Upon arrival at the hospital, please remain in your vehicle and call us. After receipt of the call, we will check you in as soon as possible from outside the hospital and coordinate your pets' care, including payment, as much as possible over the phone.
If you believe you need to be inside our facility, please discuss that request in advance with an office manager or attending veterinarian.
Please be patient and recognize that we will help you as soon as possible.
Please inform us of all your pets needs at the time your appointment is being made, thereby decreasing time in the clinic and allowing us to assess the level of needed care.
If you are sick or have been around a sick individual, please have a friend or family member transport your pet to the clinic.
If you are at the hospital to pick up food or medication, please remain in your car outside the hospital and call the front desk.
We will deliver your order to your car as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience during this time. We appreciate your support.
